A native of Charlotte, North Carolina, baritone John Fulton studied at the University of North Carolina before earning his Master of Music at the Eastman School of Music and his Professional Studies Degree at Manhattan School of Music.
Mr. Fulton performed Figaro in Rossini’s The Barber of Seville with Opera Colorado, Count Almaviva in Mozart’s The Marriage of Figaro with Opera Theatre of the Rockies and Count Ceprano in Verdi’s Rigoletto with Berkshire Opera.
During Arizona Opera’s 2008-2009 Season, Mr. Fulton performed Belcore in the School Tour performances of The Mini Elixir of Love, Masetto in Mozart’s Don Giovanni and Sciarrone in Puccini’s Tosca. In addition, he undertudied the roles of Pish-Tush in Gilbert and Sullivan’s The Mikado and Belcore in Donizetti’s The Elixir of Love.
